Keeping the acidity awake and forging mineral edges
that require no explanation.
A microclimate with a mind of its own – we work with it, not against it.

The Old Lady
Planted in 1971
Three terraces, three characters. Cozy corners and a few real edges. We're still getting to know the vineyard – each vine needs its own look, its own pruning.
The old lady doesn't give much. But what she gives, she means seriously.
Less fruit. More substance.
Winningen Wine Community
